I bought a bicycle yesterday, and it was only 4000 JPY. When I saw it at bicycle store I thought that I am so lucky today because I was going to back to home from other bicycle store, but the bicycle which I wanted to buy was sold and I couldn't buy it. Also the bicycle which I bought was the cheapest one. The owner of the store was kind. So I decided to buy it. My bicycle is so nice. I want to cycling when the weather is better.
昨日自転車をわずか4000円で買いました。お店でその自転車を見たとき、私は「今日はラッキー！」と思いました。なぜなら、私はその時、別の自転車屋さんで買いたかった自転車が売れていて買えなかった帰り道だったからです。それに、私の買った自転車は一番安い値段で、お店のおじさんもやさしかった。そうして私はそれを買うことに決めたのです。乗り心地はとてもいいです。天気のいい日にサイクリングに行きたいな。

"Why" already means you're explaining why, so you don't need to put "the reason" in the beginning, here. It sounds odd.
When I saw it at the bicycle store, I thought that I am was so lucky today because I was going to back to home from the other bicycle store, but the bicycle which that I wanted to buy was sold and I couldn't buy it.
Taking out "today" sounds more natural with how you built the sentence. Otherwise, it would sound more natural if you said, [... I thought "I am so lucky today" because...]. One or the other :)
Also the bicycle which I bought was the cheapest one.
It's okay to say this but "the bicycle that I bought" sounds better.
I want to go cycling when the weather is better.
I love biking, I wish I could find something that cheap!

When I saw it at a bicycle store, I thought, " I am so lucky today." It was because I found it on the way home from the other bicycle store. I visit the bicycle store to buy one which I had wanted, but it was sold out there.
Moreover, the bicycle which I bought was the most reasonable-priced one.
I want to go cycling when the weather is better.
Oh, the price is very reasonable. I like it.

I want to go riding/cycling when the weather gets better.
"JPY" is understandable and correct, but it would be read "yen". :D
