I wrote an e-mail, but since i dont know how to write politely, my email became awful... please correct!
Hello.
I'm a university student in Japan and have some questions about transferring or entering to XXX university. I am a graduate of an accredited high school, have an English Proficiency (Toeic score of 800). And I'm sure that my parents will be able to provide tuition fee and prove that they can. Is it enough to apply? Or maybe is there anything else I should prepare?
I'm interested in debate club in XXX university. Is it possible for international students to join the club? Does it require addictional cost?
I'm looking forward to your reply.
Thanks.

I am a graduate of an accredited high school ,and have an English Proficiency am proficient in English. (My English proficiency is equivalent of TOEIC score of 800).

I'm a university student in Japan and have some questions about transferring or entering to XXX university. ("transferring to" is correct, but we wouldn't say "entering to")
And I'm sure that my parents will be able to provide the tuition fee and prove that they can.
Or maybe is there anything else I should prepare?
Would it require an addictional fee?
Thank you. ("Thank you" is more formal than "thanks". It's completely okay to use "thanks" elsewhere in your journal though)
I wouldn't think they need information like how you plan on paying the fee or anything like that. But don't worry too much either. You're only asking questions at this point. This doesn't need to be TOO formal. Just polite. In my opinion, nothing you wrote sounds rude, so this should be enough. They should be able to direct you to where this information is located (probably their website).
