hi
Could you please explain the difference between "so" and "so that" and between "may" and "might"?
(Can you explain in English, please?)
Thank you!

~I am tired, so I will go to sleep.
~The water is cold, so Mary didn't go swimming
[Imagine replacing 'so' with 'because' and switching the parts]
~I will go to sleep BECAUSE I am tired
~Mary didn't go swimming BECAUSE the water is cold.
I think they have identical meanings..
"So that" connects two ideas by giving a PURPOSE..
~I went to the store so (that) I could buy some food.
~We ate a lot so (that) we wouldn't be hungry later.
"That" can be omitted.. so it's hard to tell the difference.. however, if you always use "so" WITHOUT "that", you should be correct.

I don't think there is a big enough difference to use "may" over "might" or vice versa.. However, "may" means that something is a little bit more likely than when you use "might".

Hopefully that helped!
I will use so and might so that I won't make many mistakes.
I will use so and might so I won't make many mistakes.
Great job!^^
