At the end of this summer, my family went to barbeque in the suburb, beside a pond.
The place was run by a family.
They provided stoves, charcoal fire, food, and drinks.
We rented their equipment, but only ate the food that we brought from home.
BBQs are much more fun than eating in a restaurant.
Here in china, instead of putting food directly on a BBQ grill and using tongs to turn it over, we usually use a thin bamboo stick to pierce through the food.
Then we put the sticks on the grill and hold the end of the sticks to grill side by side.
By the way, I was good at grilling potato slices.
