I've taken yoga lessons for only three months for the sake of my health.
I wanted to learn yoga breathing and stretching because it's supposed to be good for the body as well as mental health.
I am relatively flexible, but I'm not good at keeping a good balance.
Though it's not easy depending on the pose, I felt refreshed and relaxed getting a little sweaty after doing yoga.
However, the class is over before I become thoroughly familiar with it.
That's why I have to practice by myself at home, but sometimes I get lazy.
Maybe I should get into the habit of doing yoga.
