  • Someone saying the foreign culture felt kinda "offensive" is not enough.
  • Someone saying the a foreign culture practice felt kinda "offensive" is not enough.
  • A "culture" is a set of all the pratices etc that make up that culture. the individual things are not called "cultures". I'm not sure the best word here, but I thought the "practice of wearing a niqub" fit.
