No-confidence motion against Kan voted down

Yeah, like I said in the last entry, it should be voted down.
There are so many things to deal with rather than thinking about the new cabinet.

However, Kan said that he will resign after the problem of Fukushima plant settles down.
What? When is that?
He said that means when the radiation level gets normal and and the reactors cool down and stop completely.
Tokyo Electric Power Company expects that it will be January next year.

I think he said this because he wanted to stop the argument about whether he should resign or not, or when he should resign.
This seems to not work out well though... *sigh*
