About me

Hi, I'm an art university student majoring in interior design.
I live in Tokyo. I'm originally from Sapporo, Hokkaido.
I like studying languages, drawing, watching comedies, and eating delicious food!
I've been learning English for about 10 years, but it still feels like I have a long way to go.
If you could help me with my English, it would be greatly appreciated!
I will do my best to help those who are learning Japanese!

Testimonials from My Friends

Thanks for be my friend

Tsuki puts up with me so she must have the patience of a saint. She is simply a wonderful person. She's extremely nice, funny, and interesting. Her journal entries (when she writes them) are always fun to read. She even posts some helpful entries for Japanese learners such as her Japanese interjections and colloquial expression entry. It's one of my favorite entries on Lang-8. Her corrections are also very helpful. Words cannot describe how great Tsuki truly is.

So like, when she added me I was like, "Holy crap. A pretty girl added me, なんてこと~~~ D=". But that's not why I like her (OK, maybe just a bit? I'm a man, gimme a break). Tsuki always reads my diaries and corrects them meticulously -- every single sentence. And she's very well versed in English as well as in Japanese so her corrections are extremely accurate. What can I say? She's a really nice person. Just look at how much effort she made making her profile page for you guys.

It's not often that I get to see anyone as enthusiastic as Tsuki is when it comes to learning languages. Whenever you see someone so passionate about something, it's just natural to want to see them succeed. I eagerly await the day that her English skills surpass mine... or has that day already come? :P Well, either way, I'm glad to have stumbled upon her journal, because she's also an awesome person. Tsuki's personality shines, be it in Japanese or English. To be able to do that in a second language is not easy. I often forget that I'm communicating with a non-native English speaker. Honestly. The way she studies must have a lot to do with it. It's great to see someone having so much fun learning a language. It inspires me to do the same. Thank you, Tsuki! Even though you're so short, I really look up to you! :D

It's always interesting to read Tsuki's journal entries! She does a good job in correcting other people's entries as well. It's a pleasure to have Tsuki as a friend on Lang-8!
