My lunch time is noonhour.
MY dinner time is 7pm so l feel hungry about 4~5o'clock.
There is no market my office.
I got off work and came back home my kids ate snack.
When I saw I feel sorry to my kids.
So I didn't change clothes and I preparing cook.
I envy housewife.
If I don't have a work I can take care my kids.

Plural, because it is a concept. Unless you envy 1 singular housewife.
If I ("didn't have to work" or "If I didn't have a job") don't have a work I could can take care of my kids.
'to work' = as in "Some action that I need to do"
or
'a job' = as in some thing that I need to have"
