Some scientific studies have shown that by the age of three we can know if a child will grow up to be intelligent.
To what extent is intelligence a product of one's parents or is it possible to build intelligence in children?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

The topics of intelligence in children related with that in parents and the ways of parents and teachers at school educate have been discussed and researched in many countries. Sometimes genes have great influences on children, but the more important would be the quality of upgrowing at home and teaching at school.
It is true that some children regard themselves as foolish because of genes, and they do not study very hard. That just makes the situations worse. Thus, parents and teachers should tell the importance of making effort to them again and again.
Moreover, as technology such as video games and computers is highly developed, that distracts them from studying, and as a result, the amount of studying increased steadily. Hence, it is very important to make and keep rules such as time for playing video games and surfing the internet in each family.

It is true that some children regard themselves as foolish because of genes, and they do not study very hard. Comment: This is an interesting statement. How would a child know enough about their gene to conclude they should be foolish. I don't think you said what you mean here.
Intelligence is a capacity to learn that is independent of effort. A child can be very intelligent and still be lazy. In fact, this happens a lot because an intelligent child can learn with so little effort that the benefits of studying do not become apparent.
Putting it another way, in K-12 school, studying is more important to students of average intelligence than those of high intelligence. The crunch happens when the kids go to University. Then, the highly intelligent kid may have to learn how to study for the first time, while the less intelligent kid has the advantage of already knowing how.
Now, if these questions are graded on the basis of English usage, rather than technical knowledge of certain words, you don't need to worry too much. However, to cover the possibility that the grader may understand intelligence differently than you, I suggest you start by defining briefly what you consider intelligence to be.
