Here are some overheard conversations posted in the newspaper.
I’ve added my comments as well.
How would you respond to them?
1.
Schoolgirl: "I don't like posting stuff on Facebook 'cause, like, then everybody knows so, like, I have nothing to talk about."
Me: Pretty much so. Since I have posted my diaries here, I have nothing to talk to you. :p
2.
Girl: "I can't hear the lecturer."
Friend: "She's not talking."
Me: Even though my lecturers talk, I don't get it...
3.
Wife: "Love, where is my hat?"
Husband: "On your head."
Wife: "Thanks, love, otherwise I would have gone without it."
Me: This kind of thing has happened many times. You too?

And your English is really good! Still a bit formal, but if you hang out with a lot of English speakers, you'll learn how to speak casually (with ease)! :D

2. Even though my lecturers talk, I don't always pay attention.
3. I sometimes think, "Oh, where are my glasses?" Then I realize I am wearing them.
