牛筋(ぎゅうすじ)煮込!  (homemade dish)

牛筋煮込みを作ってみました。牛筋は安(やす)いし露天(ろてん)でたべておいしかったのでトライしました。
I tried to cook the dish of boiled cow muscle yesterday. Because I thought the price of its material is cheap and the dish was delicious when I ate outside ,at an open shop in festivals.

あと、あるLang-8の方に料理(りょうり)の方法書きますと約束(やくそく)したので
In addition,I said a Lang-8 friend that I would write such a entry like homemade dish.

材料(ざいりょう)は、牛筋600グラム、醤油(しょうゆ)、砂糖(さとう)、あとコンニャクですさすがに、材料(材料)の名前はネットの辞書でしらべました、以下、
I prepared materials, cow muscle 600grams, soy-sourse, sugar, and paste made from the arum root. I searched the English names of materials on internet translater, below

cow muscle 牛筋(ぎゅうすじ)
cooking 煮込み(にこみ)
Paste made from the arum root コンニャク



作り方- how to cook-

1.牛筋をいちど5分ボイルしてから、みずで手あらいして余分な油とか取ります(真ん中の写真)
At first, I boiled water and took cow muscle into a pin, then, after 5 minutes, I took it out and washed it by water with hands for getting rid of evil oils and bad smells.(photo at center)

2.あとは、醤油、さとう、コンニャクいれて煮るだけ 以上 完成 簡単 うまかった^^
Secondly, I took the washed cow muscle into a pin with soy-sourse,sugar,and cutted paste made from the arum root. Then I only boiled for 30 minutes, that was the end of cooking, it was very simple. and my family and I was satisfied by the taste of the dish.

注)圧力なべ(air-pressuring pin)で30分煮た後、煮詰めました
Note) I boiled the materials for 30 minutes by a air-pressuring pin,then I opened the pin and boiled a little more for good taste.
