I will write about an electric Mama Bike. I would appreciate if you would check it and my English.
It was a hot day. I was walking along Nishiki Street which leads to the Nishiki Market in Kyoto, and I found it. This bike is made by Panasonic.
It has a wide front basket to seat a child. I think you have already seen this kind of bike on my entries. But if you see it for the first time, what do you think of this kind of bike/bicycle?
Mothers in Japan easily ride it while they seat their tow children on its child seats. Certainly it benefits for them in Japan.
It has a wide kick stand which make the bike stable while they seat their children. The frame is very tough. That is why they can ride it stably.

電動まま自転車のことを書きます。この自転車、あと僕の英語、チェックしてくれるとうれしいです。
暑い日でした。京都の錦市場に通じる錦通りを歩いていて、これをみました。この自転車はパナソニック製です。
子供の乗せ用の大きな前かごがあります。僕の日記ですでに見ていると思うんですが、もし、初めてみる方はこの自転車どう思うでしょう。
日本ではお母さんは子供２人を自転車に乗せてすいすい走ります。勿論日本では便利なのです。
子供を座らせても安定するようにおおきなキックスタンドがついてます。フレームも頑丈ですので、安定して乗れます。

2. "when I found it" sounds more natural than "and I found it"

It's okay to just write "bike." People will understand what you mean.
Mothers in Japan can easily ride it with their children sitting in the passenger seats.
(or I suppose you could still say "child seats" instead of "passenger seats"...)
By the way, "while they seat their children" sounds like they are trying to put the children in the seats as they ride the bike.
Also, "tow" is commonly used with cars/trucks. Kind of like, "this car will be towed away if you park it longer than 30 minutes." So I wouldn't use it to describe children.

"First of all" in English is only used when making lists.
Ex.:
"To make a sandwich, first of all you must get some bread. Then you add..." etc.

Ah, I guess "while" or "while they seat their children" is weird. Is this right?
tow... I am not familiar with "tow" although it is very popular. I found the example sentence "The car was towed to the service station"...
As far as this sentence goes, yes, it does sound a little weird ^^;
