I will write my biking to a no-water pond in the famous forest in Kyoto although I am in HK.
The no-water pond is located in the traditional forest, Tadasu No Mori in Kyoto. It is inside the Shimogamo Shrine area.
I drooped by the POND when I visited the Shrine just before departing to HK last weekend.
The atmosphere there is very calm and peaceful.
Tadasu No Mori is also the place which has been registered as a National World Heritage Sites of Kyoto districts. That's why the forest is kept its presence. Sometimes, interesting events are held there. I would want someone to visit the beautiful forest.
糺の森はまた京都地区で世界遺産登録された場所でもあります。なので、その景観が保たれています。時折、面白い催しが開催されます。どなたかにはこの美しい森を訪れていただきたいです。
In fact, the POND is not so popular and not so big. It may not be easy for everybody to find the place to visit.
So I would recommend a person who would live in Kyoto for a certain period.
Thank you.
The last picture, I was looking up my youngest daughter at the bottom on the POND. It looks like a slope or hill, right?

Although I am in Hk, I will write about my biking to a non-water pond in the famous forest.前の文書はAlthough I am in Hk、これは最後に置くと、なんか、書く文章より、話している人の会話だ気がする。

実際その森は1000年以上むかしからの歴史があるからね~

Tadasu No Mori is also the place which has been registered as a National World Heritage Sites of in Kyoto districts.
I suggest deleting "the place which has been" as it is superfluous (unnecessary/not needed) in this sentence.
Alternatively, consider: Tadasu No Mori is also one of the places in Kyoto which has been registered as a World Heritage Site.
That's why the forest has (kept its presence)(been preserved).
So I would recommend asking a person who has lived in Kyoto for a certain period.
