I noticed a certain change of colors, from blue to red.
あるものの表示の色が青から赤に変わりました
I don't think you will notice what I pointed out but it would be so sharp that you already noticed what it is. (Is the word "sharp" available as the same meaning as シャープ? which means that you are good at finding anything difficult to catch.かな)
なんのことかわかったらすごすぎですが (sharp 鋭い は日本語の"シャープ”鋭いで使えるかな?)
The answer is that the sign of temperature on canned drink vendor machines was changed from blue to red and hot canned drinks were started to sold on it.
そう、缶ジュースがホットに
It is also a sign of winter.
冬が来ています
My daughters are satisfied by the hot canned drinks on my bikes in this season.
このこたちの喜ぶ赤の缶ジュースの季節です:)

(Is the word "sharp" available as the same meaning as シャープ? Yes, like "keen"
The answer is that the sign for the temperature on the canned drink vending machines were changed from blue to red and hot canned drinks have started getting sold there too.

Oh well....
keen のほうが自然かな?
実はSharpの方が自然だと思うけど・・・
I think it's more common but keen is also used and sounds ok
I don't think you will notice what I am talking about, but if you did notice you must be pretty sharp.
My daughters enjoy the hot canned drinks on my bikes in this season.
When do you use this English words ?
We had talked about it earlier, so I pointed out the house as we drove by.
He asked what the differences between the two bicycles were, so I pointed out the seats and pedals.
He said I am always late, but I pointed out that I was on time for lunch yesterday.
"Sharp" can be used in different ways, but if you're using it to describe a person, it usually has two meanings: 1) When you refer to their appearance such as if their clothes are ironed meticulously, etc. -- "Wow, you're looking sharp today!" 2) When you are referring to their mind such as if they think fast and accurately -- "My cousin just answered 10 Calculus problems in less than 7 minutes. He's pretty darn sharp!" As you also might have noticed, a "sharp" mind is usually more impressive than just finding details in a vending machine. Below a sharp mind is a keen mind; hence, "keen" refers to something a little bit more general and mundane. So, a "keen" mind will notice what you were "talking about".
It was so many explanations that it took a certain minutes to finish reading it!. :)
I feel like that I can understand "point out". I apparently feel my original use was not so bad according to your explanations.
It might be better that I wrote about "Japanese drink vending machine". I think the machine is not so popular outside Japan. This is why few people recognized such a minor change on the machine.
So "pointing out" was imagined to my brain. However I don't have so many topics to explain about the bending machine. Therefore, "talking about" was better. : )
Finally, "sharp". I learned that the adjective word had more splendid meaning than other praising phrases. However, if someone don't know Japanese vending machine I apparently he or she would be "sharp" :)
