The best length of sleep time

I am weak in the morning. I guess some of you also cannot get up early. Recently I have found my proper length of sleeping: six hours. But how did I find it? Let me show you that.
The answer is simple. I just tried to find the best length. I mean I varied the length of sleeping every day and saw whether I felt sleepy or not in the daytime. As a result, I found that six hours is the best. Sleeping too long will make you sleepy and so will sleeping too short.
This is how I found the best length of sleeping. It is difficult to say the accurate hours that you should spend on sleep because it differs among people.
