Dear my lang8 frineds,
You are invited to my Japanese style homemade ciber dinner party today.
I am thankful for all of you who visit my page to help me with my English.
Given by Mily at Tokyo, Japan on Tuesday 30 August at 6:30 in the evening.
My kids are attending too.
Let's get together and enjoy a Japanese food (for look)
R.S.V.P.-leave me a comment(correction too)!
Thank you!
----
--Today's menu--
Blended steamed rice (combination of white and red rice)
Vermicelli soup- Seaweed and Okura
Shogayaki- Japanese style pork loin thin stake flavored with ginger and soy source
Oinari san- Rice ball wrapped in a thin sliced of sweet flavored deep fried tofe.
Savory consomme Okura cold jelly
Bitter melon Salad
Grilled sermon- Leftover from yesterday..
Japanese buckwheat tea
Let me just brag you that the blue tea place mat for tea pot and matching cushion in the 3rd picture are piece of my sewing works. I also made some matching place mat for each person but kids made a mess and leave stains on the mat. So I stop using them. The blue small plate in between rice and soup is a serving plate. Enjoy for the Japanese style dinner!

Grilled salmon - Leftover from yesterday..
Let me just brag for a second that the blue tea place mat for the tea pot and matching cushion in the 3rd picture are pieces I sewed myself.
I also made some matching place mats for each person but my kids make a mess and leave stains on the mats.
So I stopped using them.
The small blue plate in between rice and soup is a serving plate. (It wasn't wrong before, but this sounds more natural.)
It all looks delicious, but I think I'll go for the salmon first (^_^)
The place mat looks great, too!

おいしい〜(そう):)
ティーポットのマットも手作りなんですね!素敵です☆
I am also laughing (good naturedly) at your "grilled sermon" typo. Preachers preach "fire-and-brimstone" sermons, but I've never heard a grilled sermon before. ;-) [salmon]
Your correctors above did a good job. They got there before I did.
Again, your journal entry and your story were very creative and original. Arigatoo gozaimasu!
I miss Japanese meal!!
