Habits
Good habits benefit our lives. On the other side, bad habits harm us. It is not easy to have good habits and quit bad habits. The bad habits I want to quit are staying up and drinking beverage. I say to myself every time that I have to go to bed early or I only drink water from now on, but can’t insist for over one week. It’s not a good way to go, so I have to improve.
習慣
好的習慣對生活大大有助益,壞的習慣則會傷害自己。
但養成好習慣和戒掉壞習慣很不容易呀。
我想戒掉的壞習慣比如說有熬夜和喝飲料。這些都是我多年的壞習慣。
每次都說要早點睡,或是從現在開始只喝白開水。但大概都無法堅持超過一個禮拜。呀! 這樣下去不行,一定要好好改進。
