It's little cold.
I made the report for graduation which have to finish by February.ohh

So I cooking Risotto of during an allium and a Shitake mashroom.
Shitake smell very unique. I can't express but it's necessary for Japanese food like Dashi.

Recently, In Japan,”Dashi cafe” openned.It gｉves rice bolls and Miso soup with free!Wounderful.
Because the company which organized Dashi cafe hope people to know taste of Dashi.
Someday I want to go.

Risotto is very delicious. Shitake mashroom can use very widely.
Why don't you cook Risotto?　It will make you very happy.：）

”Ajillo de setas” is a cup of fried mushrooms.It's my favorite food.
After eat them, olive oil is in bottom of cup.we dipped it by a slice of bread.
this oil smells garlic.That's great point.Good taste cause it.

And I can talk with my friends.it was very calm time.
But One of talking story made me nurseous.Ohh,bad.Very bad.

Today I have to do errands to sort out problems.mm

Sunday have been going...This is a so long sleep day.
To tell the truth, I planned to study for the exam. However, I got sleep...Oh dear.. I regreted to spend a futility time!:-(
But Time can't come back.

That is no way.So I started to cook to change of mood.Japanese boiled pork.

Recipe-Japanese boiled pork-
1,Cut a block of pork to 2 pieces.
2,Rub them with salt
3,Roast their surface until making burn mark.
4,Put in below materials to a fly ｐａｎ.** Soy sauce 50cc/Sake 50cc/Water 100cc/Sugar 10g/green of Welsh onion 1 of pieces/Ginger 2/3 piece
5.Boil for 30min liding resting　directly on food with weak fire.

This is very densty and　calm. Very yummy!! more over very easy cooking. Shall we cook it?


I was satisified...But I swear myself not spend lazy day in my future.
