Now I drink Plum drink,"Umeshu"in Japanese.
It's Alcohol. I drink with hot water.
When I drink , I feel warm and relax.
But too drink, I fall a sleep :o
It's a only careful point.
if controling the amount of drink, It's nice bevarage for midnight. ：）
