My Korean friend wrote something on Facebook but I don't understand. I think he is saying someone died in the apartment we are living in. Could someone please translate for me? Thanks in advance.

It seems like someone died in your dorm on the third floor next to this guy's room. but this person heard form someone that it is a natural death. I guess it means not a suicide.,... I thinks this person is little bit immature... He is bit excited about this situation.
