translation lesson:the story of a fellow who stepped out from Google

I was quite treated in Google on several meanings.
It was enough for me,not talk in concrete,welfare,payment.and other ways.
Some people include my wife questioned to me,why did you step down?

Since it was really tough to me.
figuratively speaking,a fellow who love cats must work at the office for punish cats.
At a point of his view,does he feel like working like there?
with saying "I will manage to work there since welfare and salary is good."

Google は、いろいろな意味で待遇はよかった。
福利厚生・給料など、具体的な話はしないが、まあ申し分なかった。
それで、「どうして辞めるのか」ということを、妻をはじめ、いろいろな人に聞かれた。

それは、本当につらかったからだ。
たとえて言えば、猫好きな人が、猫を処分する職場で働くようなものだ。
その人の立場で、「職場が福利厚生が充実していて給料がいいから我慢して働こう」
という気分になるだろうか。
