I respect my wife for her great leadership skills. She is so amazing that she makes me feel that I am leading our family but actually she is the one who sets the direction we are headed for. In this way, I am given the authority to make a decision, so I feel more confident. She is happy about the result and everyone is happy. When our plan fails, I am the one leading the team, so I am to blame for the failure. After all, I made the final decision. However, when our plan succeeds, we look at who has proposed the plan and my wife gets all the credits for the success. "Thank you very much for your idea. That worked very well!" I wish that I had the same leadership skills.
