I read an article in the Japan Times.
This article is written in “Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons.”
A nuclear weapon is an explosive device that derives its destructive force from nuclear reactions. It constitute a humanitarian threat, and that any such use would be catastrophic.
In actually, the world’s first use of nuclear weapons in Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan caused shockingly cruel consequence.
I think never to repeat that sad history again so I consent ban treaty.
But the United States, with alliance network around the world, insist -and will good reason- that its nuclear umbrella has mitigated the impulse of its allies to acquire nuclear capabilities of their own.
Also Japan when there is the peace that has been kept thanks to military power of America.
On the other hand, ICAN denies their argument.
Central to ICAN’s work has been a focus on the attention on the humanitarian consequence of nuclear use.
It is talked about the possession of the nuclear weapon all over the world.
The nuclear weapon gave various problems to us.
The problem of the nuclear weapon will continue being discussed from now on.
I hope that the world will become one without nuclear weapons.
