I chatted for the first time with unknown people.

I heard from my friend that chatting is risky sometimes if you meet odd people.

Since I came to here, about two months have already passed but my English skill hasn't improved as much as I wanted.

I was thought, "I want to know what I need to do and what my weak point is."

I understand that I need to practice speaking and writing.

When I go to school, I don't practice speaking at all 'cause others speak to the teacher many more times than I do.

also I'm shy, so I am weak about (/when) speaking with many people at the same time.

I decided to find friend who can speak English natively on (/through /via) a network.

I chatted at fast for the first time with unknown people. <-- You can also say "strangers" instead of "unknown people". This sounds a little more natural.
