I have been learning English for about three years.
Then, I didn't know grammer well and didn't like English.
But now, I'm willing to learning English.
Because it is fun to start with a English school on the web, I can talk with foreigners every day.
In addition to it, I made friends through Twitter and Lang-8.
My motivation of learning English is ralationship of my friends.
Please you begin a friendship of me:)

最初はほとんど文法を知らなかったし、英語が好きではなかった。
しかし、僕は今喜んで英語を学習している。

At first, I didn't know grammar well and didn't like English. [Alternatives: "In the beginning, ..." "When I started, ...""Then" does not make sense because you didn't mention the beginning of the period of three years in the previous sentence. "Have been ~ing for three years" is a reference to the entire period of time from three years ago until now, not a reference to the time three years ago.
Because it is fun using/attending an English school on the web, I can talk with foreigners every day.
"I can talk with foreigners every day" is a consequence of continuing to participate in the lessons, not a consequence of having started (an action which was completed in the past).
"a" changes to "an" before a word starting with a vowel sound (ア、イ、ウ、エ、オ).
In addition to it, I have made friends through Twitter and Lang-8.
"have made" means that this is a process which started in the past and has continued up to the present moment, and suggests that you expect to continue to make friends in the near future.
"made" means action completed in the past.
My motivation to learn English is (my) relationships with my friends.
