I want to live in Tokyo.
This winter, I will pass the entrance examination of the university in Tokyo.
Then, I will live there.
But, there is a lot of possibility that Kanto area(include Tokyo) will have a big earthquake in ten years.

After saying "in Tokyo" above, it sounds strange to say "in Tokyo" here again. Alternatives: "there", "in the city", etc.
