1. yes, i can understand very well what my friend say in english.
2. I think its depend on the language skill they have.
the most difficult to understand when they speak english are people from japan, Korea dan taiwan. When my friend from japan try to speak english i can't understand what he want to say. then i asked him to speak japanese. but when i met another one, she can speak fluently. so i think its depend on their skill.
3. Singapore, malaysia, India, Filiphine, I think they can speak english well thats why i can understand what they said.
4. Yeah, usually a native speaker can speak very well, but sometimes people from another countries also can do something like that if their english skill is good.

I think it is easier for me to listen to young female voices. This is probably because I am a young female.
I don't often hear Japanese being spoken by non-native speakers. I try to avoid listening to non-native speakers.
