I burst into laughter at this commercial video, because some of the examples of マイクロズボラ in the video can also apply to me.....

マイクロ ⇒ micro
ズボラ ⇒ ずぼら(通常はひらがな)すべきことをせず、だらしがないこと。無精なこと。 slovenly, sloppy, slipshod, unkempt

Japanese people love this kind of coinage, especially a "mash up" of foreign origin and Japanese origin words.

A foreign origin word meaning "tiny" or "a little" that has been widely used in Japan for a long time is "petit" (プチ)from French.

But now we may be getting bored of "petit" and slowly transitioning to the alternative expression "micro"(マイクロ).
