When You Are Angry

Today I was enraged by my mother-in-law, her words hurt me a lot. I was so angry that I nearly want to have a quarrel with her. I kept telling myself to calm down, calm down, don't be so rude,she is your elder, she is a good woman, you should respect her.In order to distract my attention, I began to do housework. As more and more housework was done, I became more and more peaceful. I don't feel angry any more. Next time when I am angry and want to raise the roof, I shall do housework, then I will calm down.
今天我被我婆婆激怒了,她说的话伤了我的心,我很生气,甚至想跟她吵架。我一直不停的跟自己说冷静冷静,她是长辈,是个好女人,要尊敬她!为了分散我的注意力,我开始做家务,随着越来越多的家务活被做完,我开始越来越平静,不生气了。以后如果我生气想发火,我就做家务,然后就会平静下来了!
