In Japan, we have a traditional custom to send New Year’s post cards during a New Year holiday. Many people including me buy the post cards with lottery numbers. I think that exchanging the seasonal greeting cards with the lottery numbers is nice idea. If one of my cards will be the first prize, it means that I deliver a good luck to my friend or relatives and both of us are happy. Today, winning numbers were finally announced and I checked every cards I received. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the first prize, but I got three postage stamp sheets. The prizes are changed every year. This year, Olympic Games will be held in Japan, so its tickets are one of the prizes. This year’s first prize is 300,000 yen in cash. It is too generous of them to give 300,000 yen!
