I've made fresh juice for my health every morning. I put milk, yoghurt, a banana and frozen blueberries in the mixer. I sometimes used kiwis and other types of berries to make juice for my breakfast. It is very simple but delicious. Then I wanted to make it healthier, so I used soy milk, instead of milk this morning. The taste of juice was really good! I wasn't a fan of milk and soy milk, but mixing with fruits make it easy to drink.
Have you ever tried to have soy milk ?
