Today, one of my co-workers gave me a souvenir from Malaysia. She asked me whether I cook or not when she handed it to me. Since it wasn't a box of chocolate or candy, I have to fry it before I eat. I don't mind cooking, but I have no idea how I season it. It looks like dry rice and seems that doesn't have any taste. Should I cook it like a Gâteau de riz ? or fry it like potato crisps and sprinkle salt on it. Does anyone know how to cook it?
