My life in the UK: 30 days Squat Challenge

Apparently, it was one of popular excises in U.S about 2 years ago. As you know squatting gets you a great butt and toned thighs. I have been challenging myself recently. Hopefully it helps me look hot in bikini. Day-1, You have to do 50 squats per day, Day-2, 55 squats, Day-3, 60 squats, slowly increasing the number of squats like add 5 squats each day. You should take a rest every 3 days as muscle need time to recover. You will perform up to 250 a day at the end of this challenge. Today is my Day-7 which means I have to do 80 squats. I'll get the sexy butt in 30 days. Wish me luck!
