I have some English phrase that I really don't like. but I might use it ocationally. It's " Everything is gonna be alright" and "You know, what I mean?"

There is many scenes from a film or drama which the people got shot or something and nearly dead that kind of situation. A main character always would say " Everything is gonna be ok" The people who is dying in your arms he/she would be okay? Of course not. I always wonder why use " Everything" in this situation. It sounds too optimistic to me so I don't like it. About " you know what I mean?" It's alright but some people use this phrase too much and makes me feel annoyed. Do you use these phrase often?
