Generally speaking I reckon 'common sense'. It is very different in different countries, especially UK,Japan. It is huge different. For example, in Japan, if you caught a cold you would go to see a Doctor and your mum or friend would suggest you ' why don't you go to the hospital?! ' However in England,no one go to see a Dr when you had a cold. People would say ' take time off,go to the bed and get some rest' This is just one of examples.I have seen many grumpy Japanese people who struggle to assimilate into a foreign country like UK. I agree that the culture differences are difficult, language is hard as well. I think the most important thing is to enjoy your life to be happy. not to be grumpy. It's all that matters. I don't think living in different countries is easy but fun as well.
