シャカシャカ the dictionary I use said this is a Track Suit. The ways it's used in this is like noisy or something like that. Is this normal?
黙っといて I don't know this way of conjugating... I understand it is still be quiet but what is that conjugation?
ベラベラ Is like ペラペラ??
「英語でベラベラまくし立てたらびびって引き下がるとでも思ってんの。」 this sentence, I think is supposed to translate to "Do you think by speaking english you will scare me off?" or something like that.
まくし立てる is to talk on and on right? and びびる to feel nervous? and 引き下がる to withdras?
I want to understand and not just know what it is supposed to be.
「なんか文句あるんけど、おばあちゃんに席を譲るぐらいどうってことないじゃない。」 This is hard. I don't know how it is supposed to translate but how I (kind of) understand it, it's "You have complaints but You should give your seat up to the old lady." But I know I don't completely understand. Please explain!
「って言うかそれが日本のルールってもんじゃないの。」 I don't understand this.
「あんたもさ、日本に来たたら日本のルール受け入れなさいよ。」 "And you, if you come to Japan you need to accept Japans rules" Is my understanding of this.
「郷に入っては郷に従えよ。」 When I watched this with english subtitles it translated this as "when in rome do as the romans do" but I assume they just used the most similar Idiom. am I right?

After I looked into dictionary for 「郷に入っては郷に従えよ。」, I found it is not from western world. According to it, it is generally believed that this idiom came from an old book （童子教） written by a Japanese buddhist monk 安然（あんねん） about 1000 years ago （平安時代）, it is like「入郷而随郷、入俗而随俗」. But some people believes that it originally came from China because Chinese has very similar expression as 「入郷随俗（入乡随俗）」

In this case "ておい" changed into "と" in spoken language.
I think you can understand if you pronounce "ておい" very fast, you'll hear "と".
The meaning is "Keep be quiet." or "Don't speak".
