シーチキンマヨお握りは好きしすぎ

もっとシーチキンマヨお握りを作りたい。ノリは三枚を残って持ている。でも、最近缶魚を食べしすぎと思う。過度の水銀を食べるに気おつけないといけない。缶魚が食べしすぎの事は危険だと先刻に読んだ

食べ残しフライチキンがある。小さい断片に切れなれば、マヨと混ぜれば、多分食べる中身を使える

友達が1日に10缶は安全限界と言った。私には最近一缶2日に食べた、その量にはちょっと不安になった。不安は必要ないかもしれない
I want to make more tuna mayo onigiri. I have three sheets of nori left. But, lately I've been eating too much canned tuna. I need to be careful about excessive mercury consumption. I read a while ago that eating too much canned fish is dangerous.

I have left over fried chicken. If I cut it into little bits, and mix it with mayo, I can probably make a good filling.

A friend told me that the limit is ten cans per day. I am only eating about one can for every two days. Even that amount is worrying to me. Maybe I don't need to be worried.
