この頃私は盆栽を買いました。この木は水で掛けまなければならない。すてきな木です。それから私は盆栽のちょうしゅうがほしいです。
盆栽はきれいな術です。私はその術を習いたいです。
そして私に竹があります。
私は植物が好きです。
Recently, I bought a bonsai. I should water this tree. It is very beautiful. That's why, I want to have a collection of these trees.
Bonsai is an exciting art. I want to learn it.
Also I have bamboo. I like plants.

私は植物（or 草花）が好きです。

この木は水をあげなければならない。
それから私は盆栽のコレクションがほしいです。
盆栽はきれいな術です。盆栽はきれいなアートです。術というのはちょっと合わないですね。でもほかに言葉が思いつかないので、アートにしてみました。

とてもきれいな木です。
だから、私は盆栽を集めたいです。*or you can say as you tried to say: 盆栽収集したいです。（ぼんさいしゅうしゅう したいです）
盆栽は豪快なアート（or 芸術)の一つです。
私は、盆栽アートを習いたいです。
私は、竹も持っています。
私は緑が好きです。*I just use "緑" instard of "植物". We sometimes use it for plants. Because "緑" also means GREEN, plants is green too. That's why we said that. Make sence??
