1: He believes the ghost.
2: He believes in ghosts.

1 = He thinking the ghost that someone talked or he saw is existing.
2 = He thinking ghosts are existing.

are these correct?
If these are, how can I say when he thinking he has a good relationship with the ghost, and he believes?
