I listened to this song and wrote down the lyrics. This is one of the ways I do my listening practice. (By the way, don't you call this is a dictation? I think I might have been misusing the word for a long time.) When I started learning English, my target was to listen to my favorite songs and understand the general meanings of them. So it's not an exaggeration to say that I'm having the time of my life while I am doing this.

Here, There and Everywhere

To lead a better life, I need my love to be here

Here, making each day of the year

Changing my life with the waves of (the, her?) hand

Nobody can deny that there's something there

There, running my hand through her hair

Both of us thinking how good it can be

Someone is speaking but she doesn't know he's there

*I want her everywhere

And if she's besides me I know I need never care

But to love her is to need her everywhere

**Knowing that love is to share

Each one believe in that love never dies

Watching (her?) eyes

And hoping I'm always there

* and ** repeat

I will be there and everywhere

Here, there and everywhere
(ここにも、そこにも どんなところにでも)

I make it a rule to do 書き取り(dictation?^^;) when I think I understood more than 98% of the lyrics. But once I start, it always reveals that there are many more parts I don't understand than I expected. Anyway, it's so much fun. I can't stop it.
