It is more natural to put "actually" there in this case. Also, "I didn't" = "I did not." Therefore, you do not need to make want past tense as well. Another example: I wanted -> I did not want = I didn't want.

Tokyo Airport is a proper noun (a name of something), so you capitalize it. You must also specify that they booked you a flight to be clear

They've decided = They have decided. You are talking in the past tense, so you would just say "They decided" or "They had decided = They'd decided"
