最近、ジュエリー大会準備すると忙しかったです.
私の住む所はオパールで有名な所です.
それでたびたびジュエリー大会が開かれます.
今週金曜大会が開かれるのに賞を受けたらと思います.
요즘에 쥬얼리 대회 준비한다고 바빴습니다.
제가 사는 곳은 오팔로 유명한 곳이에요.
그래서 종종 쥬얼리 대회가 열립니다.
이번주 금요일 대회가 열리는데 상 받았으면 좋겠어요.

I have a question!!! When you pronounce 最近, is it [sa i kin] or [sa: kin]? Same as 大会, is it [ta i ka i] or [ta: ka:]? It seems really confusing. Are there any certain grammatical rules for that or is it just a random thingy? : )

When you pronounce 最近, is it [sa i kin] or [sa: kin]?sai kin
Same as 大会, is it [ta i ka i] or [ta: ka:]?tai kai
You should pronounce every one Chainese character. For example;大（tai)会（kai).

雪月花 san : There are all sort of different colored opals, even pink and purple. You name it.. ^^ Red ones on black are the most expensive. : )
Jun san : Are you making Jewelleries as well? I'd like to know more about it, how you do it and what kind of stuff you are making.
Shiki san : I'm not sure if I'm right, but when you say [せい] as in [がくせい], don't you pronounce it like [se:(long sound)] instead of [se i]? I might be completely wrong, but that's how I understood. ^^;

a i は[a:]ではなくて[ai]のまま、変わらないんですよ。

일본인들이 "sei" 를 "se:" 처럼 발음하는 것이 많이 있어요.
선생님 せんせい -> せんせー sense:
학생 がくせい -> がくせー gakuse:
위생 えいせい -> えーせー e:se:
그러나 sai 를 sa: 처럼 발음하는 것이 거의 없다고 생각되요.
