I got an invitation to friend's wedding.
Most Japanese people give "ご祝儀(gosyugi)" for married couple.
Gosyugi means "gift money"
We give 360 dollar(USD) in Japanese manners.
I think that it's expensive...

Most Japanese people give "ご祝儀(gosyugi)" for a married couple. Also, you could put down for the last part "for married couples."

However, at my wedding I asked for money-- because I was moving overseas after the wedding, I did not need gifts. The average amount was about $25, but some people gave us $100 or more.
I think that's very expensive too... I hope you only have to go to one wedding this year!~
oh, really? I envy your country XD
I'm glad to hear that. but I have to go to marriage ceremony three times this year~
