Could you please explain easier in English for me???
They believe that the Second Amendment to the Constitution, which states that “[a] well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed,”
is being misread in today’s modern society.
They argue that the Second Amendment (1) is now obsolete, with the presence of professional police forces; (2) was intended solely to guard against suppression of state militias by the central government and therefore restricted in scope by that intent; and (3) does not guarantee a right that is absolute, but one that can be limited by reasonable requirements.

They believe that the Second Amendment to the Constitution, which states that “[a] well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed,” The Amendment says "free states need militias, so we forbid the government from stopping people from owning and carrying weapons". (A militia is a group of citizens who are not normally soldiers, which can fight if there is an emergency. Also see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Militia_(United_States) )
They believe that the Second Amendment [...] is being misread in today’s modern society. They think that people today don't understand the Amendment's meaning, or that people are wrong about how the Amendment should affect society today.
They say that these three things are true, about the Amendment:(1) It has no meaning in modern America, because the police can defend the law and keep the peace; (2) Its purpose was just to stop the central government from inhibiting the state militias, so it should not affect other things; (3) It does not create a right which never changes. It creates a right which changes when requirements change.
I hope that this makes sense and that it's not too late for it to be useful.
