The rainy season will begin soon in Japan. I don't like the rainy season very much. However, it bring us good harvest in the autumn.

The rainy season will soon begin in Japan.
This is fine. However I feel it flows better with "soon" before the verb.
However, it will bring us a good harvest in the autumn.
