It has been still raining since the day before yesterday. This rain will bring some warmer weather here. I walk to my office on rainy days. I have to take care not to get wet. My nose and eyes will feel ceder pollen after this rain. The tough season with pollen has already started.

The tough Hay Fever season with pollen has already started. (Hay fever is the common name of the so-called seasonal allergic rhinitis and is due to allergic reactions of pollen in the air. Everybody will understand what you are saying with this term rather than "season with pollen".)
