1) How do you say HOUSE and how do you say NO in Japanese, cuz they seem to be sharing the same pronounciation!
Sometimes I hear the japanese NO like a (ya). Is that write?
2) What's the difference between IE and UCHI?
* Can you please explain with kana and romaji!
Thank you my friends!

NO: いいえ
IE and UCHI are basically the same.
It's very difficult to say the difference, but IE is rather 'house' and UCHI is rather 'home', I guess.
2. IE and UCHI are almost same meaning and we can use both almost all sentences. But IE is more general than UCHI and IE is sound better when we speak. I think.
UCHI also has the meaning " I belong". For example "うちの おくさん" (my wife) and so.
いいえ、いいや、いや、やだ、だめだ…
I think the word you heard is いいや or いや.
いえ is used for indicating a house building or the place the building is.
うち is more like for family or my and also for the building and the place.
うち の いぬ means my family's dog or my dog.
うち/いえ に こない? means Why don't you come to my house?
